Must be 25 years old to rent. Tampering with doorbells and security cameras will lead to the cancellation of the booking with no refunds. NO MAIL DELIVERY: rental of the house does not include the use of a postal mailbox. As a reminder, quiet times are between 9pm-6am. Check-out time is at 12NN on the day that your booking ends. Before you leave, if possible, please put all dirty towels and linens on the bedroom floor, collect all garbage, and place them in the garbage bins located outside near the side entrance. Lock all doors after leaving the house. If the house is not locked and something happens with the property we will file a claim against the recent user. The base rate is set for 5 guests; any additional guest up to 2 is subject to an additional fee per person per night. No pets allowed; if violated will be fined $250. Strictly NO Smoking or using any illicit drugs on the property, if violated, will be fined $250. Any damage or stains to linen is subject to additional fees of $10/towel, $10/Bed sheet/Bed Cover/Pillowcase. All other damages to the property will be assessed an additional fee base on the damages incurs. Lastly, partying is not allowed, nor any disruptive gatherings. If you get caught you could face fines or even eviction from our property. Additionally, if any damage is done to the property during your party, you may be held liable for those costs as well.
